Vice President System Radiology
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Master’s degree in Business or Health Administration or equivalent degree required.
- Seven to ten years of previous hospital management experience required relevant to the specific clinical line.
- Certified Radiology Administrator (CRA) credentials preferred.
- Structured process improvement (eg. lean) training strongly preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for written, verbal, presentation, and computer communication required.
- Experience in an academic medical setting as well as both inpatient and ambulatory experience desirable.
- Experience in an integrated group practice setting desirable
- Exceptional business acumen including experience in contracting or group purchasing required.
- Certification relevant to specific product line strongly preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Must be able to adapt to frequently changing work priorities and be able to prioritize and balance the requirements of working within and throughout various functions and entities in the organization to achieve operational success.
- Must be able to travel to various HFHS sites and locations as needed.
