EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

MINIMUM EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor of Science in a Chemical, Physical, Biologic Science, Medical Technology, or Clinical
  • Laboratory Science is required.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive laboratory leadership including director level responsibility in a complex CAP accredited laboratory is required.
  • Exceptional business acumen including experience in contracting or group purchasing is required.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for written, verbal, presentation and digital communication required. 

 

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:

  • Certification as a MLS/MT(ASCP), CLS (NCA), or equivalent is required.

 

EXPERIENCE/CERTIFICATION DESIRED:

  • Masters degree in business or health related field is strongly preferred. Structured training in Lean is strongly preferred.
