Required Education, Experience and Competencies:
Education:
· A Masters degree in Nursing Business, Healthcare or other related field is required. Valid Michigan Registered Nurse License required.
Experience:
· Seven to ten years of progressively more responsible clinical and/or administrative leadership experience.
· Proven ability to secure physician and staff management involvement and accountability in achieving specific operational outcomes. Previous experience planning, developing and monitoring budgets, as well as experience in developing business and strategic plans.
· Previous experience leading and/or facilitating process improvement activities.
· Background of clinical information system development and implementation highly desirable. Ability required to work in a matrix environment.
