Manager- Medicaid/Medicare Marketing
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, advertising or related field.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of strategic planning experience, including sales and product positioning, program and product launch strategies, and market and competitive analysis.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in management and a marketing line capacity. In this role, must have successfully managed staff and wide range of diverse projects. Must prove ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels.
- Familiarity with health care, organizational communications, media relations, advertising, marketing communications, and related disciplines.
- Strong strategic thinking skills, including the ability to set up, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channel (Omnichannel) environments.
- Ability to develop strong, trusting, and effective collaborative relationships with a diverse group of internal business partners as well as external marketing partners and suppliers.
- Understanding of direct mail, direct response, and customer relationship management concepts and tools.
- Demonstrated understanding of web and print design and production.
- Demonstrated understanding of developing digital engagement marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated strong problem-solving, project, and time management skills. Must be proficient at tracking multiple deadlines and the fiscal elements of assigned projects.
- Excellent written, verbal, and electronic communication skills.
