EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college in related field required.  Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of brand marketing/engagement experience, with significant focus on digital marketing leadership experience required.
  • Previous marketing experience in healthcare, hospitality, or other consumer-centric industry is required

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience in developing and leveraging consumer journey mapping, insights and analytics
  • Experience building and developing teams and talent in digital channels
  • Experience managing external agencies and partners
  • Technical experience with knowledge of how marketing systems and technology platforms drive the tools, data, and information necessary to operate digital marketing channels
  • Deep understand of the “science of” search marketing in competitive industries; experience partnering with search-related companies and partners (Google, Microsoft, Kenshoo, etc.) on search products and capabilities, paid and organic
  • Superior analytical, presentation and written communications skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with all levels of management.
  • Technical knowledge in digital marketing technology platforms and systems enough to be a driving partner in its design for Henry Ford, guiding how solutions should be developed for the digital marketing team to use, and ensuring continuous utilization of advancements as marketing solutions evolve.
  • Strong management, training and organizational skills, with an ability to heavily multi-task and teach.
  • Record of innovative, fresh thinking and an ability to find new ways to solve old problems.
