  • Associates Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, closely related field or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. 
  • One to three years of experience in a professional level analytical role; healthcare and supply chain management experience preferred. 
  • Analytical ability to gather and interpret data from a variety of sources, as well as manage multiple projects and/or assignments simultaneously. 
  • Verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with regions end users. 
  • Composition and computer skills to translate data into comprehensive, meaningful reports using word-processing and spreadsheet software. 
  • Must possess ability to work confidentially with discretion and forethought. 
  • Must be able to remain calm and composed during confrontational situations. Cultivates working relationships that are positive, professional, and collaborative; e.g. constructive handling of disparate views, respectful treatment of others, displays confidence in own abilities, and is perceived as reliable team player. 
  • Supports workgroup goals, priorities, and direction. 
  • Mentors other team members, provides feedback to the peer evaluation process, and maintains a positive and professional attitude.
