Supplier Diversity Consultant - Full Time- Detroit
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's Degree in Health Services Administration (HSA), Supply Chain, or Business Administration, required.
- Five (5) years of progressive experience in a Supplier Diversity or Supply Chain Management, required.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proven project management skills including the coordination of work with others.
- Strong diplomacy and collaboration skills.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong critical thinking skills.
- Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook. Analytical knowledge and experience to interpret data trends.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills; proven ability to build rapport, establish trust & train, mentor and motivate people of all levels to attain department goals and corporate objectives.
- Enthusiastic/Motivated to be continuously pushed to learn and work across differences.
