Supervisor - Accounts Payable (Procure To Pay) - Detroit
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
-
Prefer a Bachelors Degree with 5 years of broad-based accounts payable knowledge with supervisory experience, along with strong Excel and Word skills with a strong knowledge and focus and understanding of the current AP available technologies.

Requires a minimum of an Associate Degree with broad based AP knowledge and 6+ years of current supervisory strong experience, along with Strong Excel and Word skills with a strong understanding and focus on current and emerging technologies.

Must possess the ability to multi-task several projects at the same time, as well as have strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated positive attitude, customer service philosophy, ability to lead groups, ability to successfully communicate with all levels up to and including Senior Mgt.

Must have experience in organizing, teaming and supporting department objectives.

Possess proven strong communication skills, in addition to leadership, teamwork and collaboration skills. Requires an understanding of integrated technology related platforms.

Must have a strong broad base knowledge of AP processes, technologies and understanding how to implement and promote industry best practices and best in class standards.

Must be hands on leader, with a focus on continuous process improvement, and have the ability to supervise staff effectively and support aggressive issues and details to a satisfactory conclusion.

Requires strong problems solving skills with a focus on understanding metrics/analytical data.

Proven success in working in a fast paced, high volume, and constantly changing environment.
