EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5 years of experience with Intranet and/or Internet development projects required.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a Healthcare setting preferred.
  • 3-5 years developing user interfaces.
  • 1 year of experience with SharePoint enterprise implementations preferred.
  • 1-2 years of proven ability to work independently and as a team member.
  • 1 year of experience planning design tasks for programs of any size with minimal oversight.
  • Exposure to and basic understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of UX and IA industry trends and standards.
  • Proven ability to peer review functional tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 2-5 years of experience creating designs using Adobe Creative Suite packages, mainly Photoshop and Illustrator or similar toolset preferred.
  • Proficient in key diagramming, documentation, and interactive tools to quickly design and share wireframes, interactive prototypes and specifications such as Axure.
  • Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, and the like is a must. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
  • Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
  • Light visual design work in Photoshop or similar tool PowerPoint or similar tools for crafting presentations for presentation up to board level communicating ideas through visual design, prototypes and motion graphics.
  • Portfolio of work experience.
  • Participating member of national or international UX organizations.
