RN Clinical Nurse Reviewer - Cardiovascular Health - Full Time - Days - Allegiance Health - Jackson, MI
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field
Three (3) – Five (5) years minimum clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
Must be detail oriented and self-directed
Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong skills with multi-tasking and the ability to work independently
Knowledge of a variety of computer software programs and/or systems, including Microsoft Office
Possess an understanding of basic statistical concepts
Must meet or exceed core customer service responsibilities, standards and behaviors as outlined in the HFHS’ Customer Service Policy: Communication; Ownership; Understanding; Motivation; Sensitivity; Excellence; Teamwork; Respect
Must practice the customer skills as provided through on-going training and in-services

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:
Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Michigan
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Cardiology Experience
Familiarity with EPIC navigation and experience with chart abstraction
Experience with facilitating process improvement work
Experience with data entry and databases
