EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health Care or related field preferred OR three to five (3-5) years of related regulatory/legal experience in lieu of degree. Pharmacy Technician experience preferred. Experience working in a nonprofit environment including familiarity with basic pharmacy regulatory processes - agenda development, preparation of required documents, writing minutes and recording documents. Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and database management. Excellent written/verbal communication, networking and interpersonal skills. Proven customer service skills with a focus on exceptional service, responsiveness and timeliness along with flexibility. Ability to develop and complete routine filings, resolutions and other documents related to nonprofit status. Willingness to learn industry best practices and laws impacting pharmacy compliance both in state and in Non Resident status.
