Quality Assurance Analyst -Contact Center - Full Time - Days - Detroit
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Minimum two years of college in business and/or related field. Previous Contact Center experience. Experience as an Agent preferred. Demonstrated leadership abilities. In-depth knowledge and experience in handling inbound customer contacts with a high degree of accuracy. Strong interpersonal, professional, customer service and conflict resolution skills, plus active listening. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organization and analytical skills. Strong computer skills and aptitude: Network environment, Microsoft office applications, and Groupwise. Ability to use and manage call handling documentation application, associated web applications and Quality Monitoring Applications. Knowledge of the business rule of Contact Centers and how it relates to the business of the corporation. PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS: Work in normal, somewhat isolated, office environment with infrequent exposure to dust or extreme temperatures. May experience mental/visual strain and sitting for long periods of time.
