Prospect Research Analyst/Full Time/Hybrid
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelors degree required, Masters preferred.
- Must have five or more years of professional experience relevant to prospect research. This may include experience in the fields of prospect research, fundraising, library science, academic research, financial research, real estate research, other types of research, or data analytics.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills:
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with attention to detail and timeliness.
- Must possess knowledge of prospect research methods and be experienced with prospect research tools such as WealthEngine, Lexis Nexus, Donor Search, The Foundation Directory, Research Point, NOZA & Guidestar.
- Must possess strong writing skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.
- Must also possess strong interpersonal skills and strong computer skills.
- Must have proficiency in appropriate management of confidential information.
- The ideal candidate will also demonstrate professional judgment, discretion, strong interpersonal skills and exceptional analytical skills.
- The ideal candidate will also have an awareness of financial descriptors and the ability to interpret corporate annual reports, proxy statements and other SEC filings.
