Program Manager - Print Fulfillment - Health Alliance Plan
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field, required.
- At least five (5) years of experience in healthcare delivery, project management, and running large projects of a complex nature, required.
- Minimum of Two (2) years of experience in technology related areas, including application development or new product implementation, required.
- Two (2) years of experience using data to drive business decisions, preferred. Two (2) years of managed care/insurance related business, preferred.
- Experience with agile delivery methodologies (i.e. Scrum, Scrum at Scale), preferred.
- Effective oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Must be able to work autonomously with strong task management skills.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:
- Project Management Institute Certification, preferred.
- Scrum Master Certification, preferred.
