Manager- Strategic Planning
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors Degree in business administration or related field required.
- Masters degree in business administration preferred.
- Five or more years of experience in cross functional/business areas in healthcare or other planning and business development areas.
- Must be familiar with key issues in healthcare, and have the ability to relate their impact to the organization.
- Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills and be guided by a compelling client/customer orientation.
- Experience with managing large, complex projects.
- Outstanding analytical, problem solving and interpersonal/relationship building skills are required. Computer skills are essential and include word, excel, powerpoint, mapping, database management and other relevant software packages.
- Ability to take complex analysis and visualize the analysis in presentation or other formats for the audience to understand. Ability to create summary presentations and excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
