Instructional Design & Training Consultant | Welle Trainer | Full Time
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Human Resources or related field is required.
- 3 years of Instructional Design experience required.
- At least 3 years of experience designing, developing, and implementing instructor-led and eLearning products.
- Knowledge and understanding of adult learning principles, and of a wide range of training methods, techniques, and formats.
- Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
- Ability to determine training objectives.
- Executive presence and ability to guide leadership Experience facilitating courses and creating training materials.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of curriculum development and preparation procedures.
- Ability to interpret and assess training and development needs and to develop appropriate and creative responses.
- Experience using Lectora software preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
- Must practice the customer skills as provided through on-going training and in-services.
