EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Business, Finance or Accounting. 
  • Minimum two (2) years overall progressive experience in budgeting/forecasting or accounting
  • Minimum two (2) years of work experience in health care finance preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independent of supervision.
  • Multitasking and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • An advanced level of knowledge and/or technical skill set of, but not limited to, Microsoft products (i.e. Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint) as well as an understanding of query building, relational databases and related software. 
  • Knowledge of accounting procedures, statistical and financial analysis techniques, forecasting and budget analysis.
  • Aptitude towards computer based information retrieval systems
