Facility Clinical Quality I - Performance Excellence & Quality - 40 hours per week - Day shift
Position is Hybrid
Job Summary:
With guidance and direction of their leadership, the Facilitator-Clinical Quality I performs project work of a complex nature with interdisciplinary groups that include administrators, nursing and medical leaders. Co-leads large system teams and lead projects at a business unit level. Acts as a consultant or facilitator on regulatory, disease certification, patient safety and quality issues. With guidance, designs and delivers educational programs to assist employees, physicians and leadership, meet safety and quality goals.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field is required; Master's degree in Nursing or a related field preferred.
- Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan preferred.
- A minimum of five years of clinical experience required with two years project management experience preferred.
- Experience in the delivering educational programs is an asset.
- Labor and Delivery, OB/GYN experience highly preferred,
- Experience driving performance improvement amongst multi-disciplinary teams and collaborative in nature.,
- Able to work independently.
