EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in full life cycle recruitment for a medium to large size, multi-site organization
  • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated strong and engaging leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience leading and developing a team of recruiters and/or clinical recruiters as well as a track record of developing recruiting processes that drive overall team effectiveness
  • Knowledge of emerging healthcare issues and trends and its impacts on recruiting and organizational readiness is helpful
  • Executive presence and proven experience developing and nurturing partnerships within complex organizations.
  • Strong communication skills and proven experience managing others through change.
  • Progressive experience developing and managing multispecialty nurse recruitment strategies for a complex health organization.
  • Strong understanding of best practices and trends within talent acquisition and the ability to apply those practices to nurse recruiting.
  • In-depth recruitment knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques, tools, and solutions
  • Outstanding project management skills with the ability to analyze complex data and develop sound recommendations and solutions.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, organizational, conflict management, and decision-making skills; ability to engage, build relationships, and influence others at multiple levels of the organization.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and persuasively with stakeholders in a one-on-one, or in a large group setting.
  • Deep expertise in strategic sourcing, candidate assessment and selection methodologies.
  • Experience with Taleo, Peoplesoft, LinkedIn or HR and recruiting applications
