EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

    • Minimum of ten (10) years in the health care insurance industry
    • Minimum of seven (7) years in a leadership position
    • Minimum of three (3) years in a configuration leadership position
    • Minimum of three (3) years of Facets experience
    • Bachelor’s degree is required and masters is preferred
    • Knowledge and experience in configuration implementation strategies, strategic planning, principles and execution
    • Experience in data collection and analysis with proven success in projects requiring complex analysis
    • Demonstrated leadership skills with strong interpersonal skills including coaching staff and handling conflict resolution, implementing initiatives or projects, and collaborating with other professional and non-clinical staff required

KNOWLEDGE

    • Knowledge of managed healthcare products, benefits and operations
    • Knowledge of Facets core business systems and Cognizant’s Optimization tools
    • Management experience in systems implementation, project planning and management
    • Organization design, process development and management skills
    • Knowledge of process improvement and Agile methodologies preferred
