Director - Business Configuration Team - Health Alliance Plan
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
-
- Minimum of ten (10) years in the health care insurance industry
- Minimum of seven (7) years in a leadership position
- Minimum of three (3) years in a configuration leadership position
- Minimum of three (3) years of Facets experience
- Bachelor’s degree is required and masters is preferred
- Knowledge and experience in configuration implementation strategies, strategic planning, principles and execution
- Experience in data collection and analysis with proven success in projects requiring complex analysis
- Demonstrated leadership skills with strong interpersonal skills including coaching staff and handling conflict resolution, implementing initiatives or projects, and collaborating with other professional and non-clinical staff required

- Knowledge of Facets core business systems and Cognizant’s Optimization tools
- Management experience in systems implementation, project planning and management
- Organization design, process development and management skills
- Knowledge of process improvement and Agile methodologies preferred
