Digital Marketing Specialist (Hybrid - Troy, MI) - Health Alliance Plan
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Business, Technical, Advertising/Marketing-related, or other relevant degree program.
- Experience supporting integrated digital activities.
- Demonstrated experience using a data-driven approach to inform implementation and improve performance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
- Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and applied experience preferred.
- Possess a proficient technical acumen with the ability to communicate technical requirements to business partners preferred.
- Knowledge of SQL servers or other similar databases preferred.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Agency experience preferred.
- Health insurance or health care industry experience preferred.
- Knowledge of digital delivery systems and design/ layout best practices.
- Knowledge of social media channels and engagement best practices.
- Knowledge of campaign creation and management in CRM systems.
- Ability to envision constituent journeys (e.g., prospect, member, provider, producers) based on communications channels and calls to action.
- Expert organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques (e.g., sales funnel optimization).
- Be a highly motivated self-starter. Must be comfortable working independently to achieve a successful result with minimal guidance.
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to make complicated ideas understandable to a broad audience.
- Confidently handle multiple projects simultaneously and under deadlines.
- Possess proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Hootsuite or similar third-party scheduling tool preferred.
- Experience managing social channels preferred.
- Experience with AP copywriting, specifically for social media preferred.
- Preferred knowledge of how to use Canva and how to create short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, CapCut).
