Data Management and Analytics Analyst - Health Alliance Plan - Troy
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics or related field.
- Advanced data analytics/data mining skills.
- Advanced Access, Excel and/or Cognos reporting and automation skills.
- Proficiency with SQL and understanding of data extraction from relational database systems.
- Proficient at using various data sources to develop relevant reporting tools, and to use those tools to enhance processes and procedures.
- Five (5) years of data analysis experience.
- Experience working on multiple projects of a complex nature with proven success.
- In-depth knowledge of managed care, data warehouses, data management, and programming skills preferred.
- Knowledge of EDW or similar.
- Knowledge of EDI processes.
- Knowledge of VBA and SQL preferred.
- Knowledge of COGNOS.
- Industry knowledge of Medicare plans, Medicaid plans, Commercial QHP plans, and Risk Adjustment processes is preferred.
