CQI Information Technology Project Manager
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree required. Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, engineering, or related field preferred.
- Five (5) years of project management experience required, with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and engage senior-level stakeholders.
- Three (3) years of project management experience in a Healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong preference for work experience with clinical registries, health policy, or quality improvement.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7), EHR platforms (especially EPIC), and data governance principles.
- Outstanding analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, with experience translating complex information for clinical and technical audiences.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to innovative technologies quickly.
- Knowledge of relevant healthcare policy, data standards, and privacy/security frameworks (e.g., HIPAA).
- Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
