Coordinator- Patient Registration & Revenue Services
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.
- Associates Degree preferred.
- Three (3) years of experience related to patient admitting, registration and/or insurance eligibility and verification in a hospital or medical office setting required.
- Revenue Cycle super-users and subject matter experts.
- Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Experience providing constructive coaching and feedback to co-workers in a positive manner preferred.
- Experience influencing others to achieve team goals; interacting in ways that bring out the best in others; keeping team members in an upbeat mode; encouraging cooperation, pride, well-being and trust within the group.
- Experience as a Patient Service Representative preferred.
