Education Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare related field. 
  • A licensed clinical professional in Michigan (LPN, RN, BSN, LCSW, MSW, RPh)

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience with health insurance/health plan.
  • At least one (1) year quality management experience.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare regulatory standards.

 

Certifications/Licensures Required:

  • A licensed clinical professional in Michigan (LPN, RN, LCSW, MSW, RPh)

 

Skills and Abilities:

  • Computer literacy (including the ability to navigate through internal and external systems)
  • Meet mission/critical deadlines
  • Appreciation of cultural diversity and sensitivity towards target population
  • Must be organized and flexible in carrying out duties and assignments
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA)
