Clinical Quality Coordinator (Hybrid - Troy, MI) - Health Alliance Plan
Education Required:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare related field.
- A licensed clinical professional in Michigan (LPN, RN, BSN, LCSW, MSW, RPh)
Experience Required:
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience with health insurance/health plan.
- At least one (1) year quality management experience.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare regulatory standards.
Certifications/Licensures Required:
- A licensed clinical professional in Michigan (LPN, RN, LCSW, MSW, RPh)
Skills and Abilities:
- Computer literacy (including the ability to navigate through internal and external systems)
- Meet mission/critical deadlines
- Appreciation of cultural diversity and sensitivity towards target population
- Must be organized and flexible in carrying out duties and assignments
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA)
