Clinic Service Representative Trainer
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Associates Degree or 60 credit hour from an approved college.
- Two to three (2-3) years of experience in a business office environment.
- Experience with training and/or on the job experience.
- Experience with MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Visio and PowerPoint) preferred.
- Must be self-directed, organized and project a professional image.
- Strong ability to handle multiple priorities and projects concurrently.
- Possess a high level of demonstrated accountability with prior positions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and analytical skill with a strong attention to detail.
- Position requires strong planning, facilitation and public speaking skills.
- Knowledge of Epic EMR system.
- Ability to work effectively with populations of diverse backgrounds and ages.
- Demonstrated ability to work with detailed information.
- Desire and ability to learn quickly.
- PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS: Normal office environment with minimal exposure to noise, dust, or extreme temperatures. Standing for long periods of time may be required. Will be required to travel to various Henry Ford locations.
