Chief Medical Officer - Clinically Integrated Network
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Medical Doctorate. Master's degree in hospital, healthcare or business administration preferred.
- Primary Care Physician preferred.
- Five (5) years of clinical experience in a large group practice and/or an integrated health system.
- Five (5) years of leadership experience in a complex healthcare organization with demonstrated success in the management of quality efforts, clinical improvement, and patient safety.
- Experience working effectively with physicians and other clinical leaders in a multidisciplinary environment, with record of working across organizational lines to achieve excellence in outcomes.
- Fellowship in Professional Society desirable.
- Prior CIN experience strongly preferred.
- Healthcare transformation driven and possessing analytic and strategic skills required to translate mission into sound operations.
- Inspirational and creative leader, who is committed to excellence, possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex systems, performance strategies and change leadership, and ability to assess and assimilate industry trends and predict future relevance and applicability.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience facilitating cross-section collaboration between clinicians, healthcare administration, payors, and ancillary providers to improve value-based outcomes.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:
- Licensed Physician (Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine)
