Billing Analyst- Ambulatory Pharmacy- Full Time
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Completion of a high school diploma or GED required.
- Advanced computer knowledge, keyboard experience, and Microsoft Office experience required.
- Minimum of two years of billing experience required.
- Pharmacy experience highly preferred.
- Medical billing and ICD10 coding experience preferred.
- College level coursework in business preferred.
- General knowledge of medical coding and medical terminology related to billing, preferred.
- Must project a professional and courteous image to internal and external customers, through all manners of communication.
- Ability to analyze and improve billing procedures required.
- Interpersonal, leadership and organizational skills are required.
- Knowledge of basic accounting for cash application is preferred.
