Manager-Revenue Cycle Analytics/Full Time/Hybrid Troy
GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Manager of Revenue Cycle Analytics is responsible for leading the Revenue Cycle Analytics team in designing, developing and implementing robust and sustainable analytical solutions to drive revenue cycle results across the health system. This position will work with company stakeholders to understand key problems being addressed and how analytics can inform real-world tactics to improve revenue cycle performance. The manager is expected to oversee the building of underlying data architecture, metrics development and target setting, reporting and dashboard development, analysis of data, synthesis of raw data into actionable information, and recommendations of process improvements or organizational change. Responsibilities include initiation, planning, execution, and completion of analytics projects and work processes in accordance with HFHS goals and objectives. The manager is expected to understand complex revenue cycle, clinical, and operational practices and acts with a high degree of autonomy in managing analytics projects, routine reporting, and overall team capacity. Due to its service focus, a successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and well-developed analytic and organizational skills. Project work may include technical analyses or may require facilitation of a large multi-disciplinary group of administrators and/or physician leaders. Flexibility, innovation, and creativity are necessary characteristics of the Manager of Revenue Cycle Analytics, and the manager is expected to continuously learn and to spread successful innovation throughout the institution.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors Degree Required.
- Masters degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Clinical or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years relevant experience required.
- Management experience in revenue cycle, finance, health care data analytics, or consulting preferred.
- Outstanding analytical, communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Project management experience preferred.
