EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum of (2) years of analytics experience required; healthcare experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in operating personal computers and associated software programs including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint required.
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate complex concepts, metrics, workflows, and processes into easily understandable terms/formats.
  • Experience with quality and process improvement projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and discretion.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
  • Demonstrated ability to research, analyze, design, plan, organize, coordinate, implement, and perform necessary follow-up as related to documentation and support materials.
  • Data analysis skills:
    • Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting using tools such as Microsoft Excel, data visualization software, or incident management systems.
  • Attention to detail:
    • Ability to meticulously review incident reports, data entries, and other documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Analytical mindset:
    • Strong problem-solving abilities to identify patterns, correlations, and outliers in data sets, and use insights to inform decision-making.
  • Familiarity with incident management systems:
    • Experience working with incident tracking or case management software to streamline data collection, reporting, and analysis.
  • Understanding of privacy and confidentiality:
    • Knowledge of privacy laws and regulations to ensure proper handling and protection of sensitive employee data.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills:
    • Effectively communicate complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, using clear visualizations and concise summaries.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:

  • Current and valid driver's license, required.
