.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Organizational Change Management or related field. Master's Degree in Organizational Change Management or related field, preferred. Minimum of ten (10) years of providing strategic change management guidance to leaders and shaping organizations to help achieve change goals associated with business vision and objectives. At least ten (10) years of managing project or functional teams. Minimum of five (5) years of working in large, complex organizations. Seven (7) years of deep demonstration of core change management and strategic organization design competencies, preferred. Five (5) years of industry experience in health care or related fields, preferred. Five (5) years of demonstrated political savvy and success in building relationships across multiple organizations to help improve visibility of a service or function, preferred. Strong competencies in digital and IT systems, with history of leading transformational change in digital experience with members, providers, or producer communities. Strong organizational change management skills. Expertise in human/org psychology/behavior change. Strong organizational change management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strategic thinking. Influencing. Political savvy.
