VP New Business Sales

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive industry leadership experience required; with at least 10 years of direct management experience, including demonstrated success leading and motivating teams as well as managing cross-functional teams.
- Previous experience in healthcare or distribution expected; previous additional experience with commercial (non-healthcare) markets a plus.
- Government contracting knowledge or experience is also highly desired.
- Proven leader with demonstrated experience in building teams.
- Successful sales and promotional record.
- Proven knowledge of industry’s products and services; exhibits awareness of best sales practices and methods.
- Working knowledge of implementing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to exercise initiative, judgment, and discretion.
- Financially astute and able to create ROI.
- Capable of conducting independent research.
- Exhibits strong interpersonal, negotiation and customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to develop and present comprehensive reports.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced, competitive and at times stressful environment.
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
