Voice Services Field Technician | Full Time
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.
- Some college, or 1-2 years of vocational technical training, or an Information Technology/Support industry certification preferred.
- Three (3) or more years of experience in health care Information Technology, Support Services, IT Service Management (Service Desk, Incident Management, Request Management, or Problem Management), required. Experience using ITSM tools like Service Now preferred.
- Experience with voice or data networking is desirable.
- The individual should have good communication skills and able to take direction well.
- Experience with voice or data networking is desirable. A strong aptitude or desire to learn and grow in the technology space supporting voice enterprise communication platforms.
- Must be self-directed and can adapt to sudden changes.
- Must have strong customer facing skills.
- This position requires face-to-face contact with end users to identify and resolve their issues.
- Must be highly collaborative and able to work with different organizations and teams.
- Capable of working independently and can effectively communicate with leaders, users, and technical colleagues.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under deadline pressure.
- Ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously.
