  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field to plan, develop, implement, lead, communicate and evaluate goals, processes and staff is required; Master’s degree preferred

  • Minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible health care management experience required; minimum of five (5) years of home health care related experience preferred

  • Knowledge of health care operations, finance and regulatory/accreditation requirements required

  • Ability to effectively communicate with professionals from diverse clinical and professional disciplines is required

  • Requires strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of internal and external customers

  • May lift, carry, bend, stoop, climb or otherwise be physically active in the course of job duties

  • Works in an office environment with infrequent exposure to dust and extreme temperatures

  • Drives to and from meetings located in the Detroit Metropolitan area in varied weather and traffic conditions
