KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field to plan, develop, implement, lead, communicate and evaluate goals, processes and staff is required; Master’s degree preferred
Minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible health care management experience required; minimum of five (5) years of home health care related experience preferred
Knowledge of health care operations, finance and regulatory/accreditation requirements required
Ability to effectively communicate with professionals from diverse clinical and professional disciplines is required
Requires strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of internal and external customers
May lift, carry, bend, stoop, climb or otherwise be physically active in the course of job duties
Must meet or exceed core customer service responsibilities, standards and behaviors as outlined in the HFHS’ Customer Service Policy and summarized below:

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Works in an office environment with infrequent exposure to dust and extreme temperatures
Drives to and from meetings located in the Detroit Metropolitan area in varied weather and traffic conditions
