Training Specialist (Health Alliance Plan) - Full Time (38.75) - Troy/Days
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the training field.
- Minimum of one (1) year of curriculum development.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a customer service environment with demonstrated leadership responsibilities.
- Excellent documentation skills
