Systems Analyst | Enterprise Monitoring
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Associate's Degree in Computer Science or related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of academic requirements.
- Two plus (2+) years of IT experience, preferred. Proficient in MS Office products including VISIO, preferred.
- ITIL certification, preferred.
- Ability to occasionally work nights, weekends, and holidays.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:
- Within the EPIC/HELIOS Home Care & Hospice Department, in addition to above requirements, current EPIC certification required.
