GENERAL SUMMARY:
 
The objective of this position is to provide administrative support for multiple monitoring frameworks driving high reliability and availability leveraging ITILv4 Event Management best practices.  The ideal candidate will have several years of experience with configuring, alerting, and working with queries in Azure Monitor and Azure Log Analytics.  In addition to Azure, experience in any of the following technologies are desired; SolarWinds Orion, Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM), and Cisco ThousandEyes or AppDynamics.  The candidate will be performing software installations, patch/version upgrades, user application support, updating processes and understand scripting.   Required to work within multifaceted process oriented operational environments, where events of significance and metrics-based performance measurements are vital to success.
 
The objective of this position is to provide administrative support for multiple operating environments or systems. The incumbent will be required to perform hardware and operating system maintenance, installation, patch/revision upgrades, account administration, file system maintenance, hardware installations, application support, and software installations on multiple operating environments. The incumbent is required to work cooperatively as part of multiple project teams for application, technology and infrastructure support. The incumbent will be required to participate in capacity and infrastructure planning. The incumbent will be required to work within a process oriented operational environment where metrics-based performance measurements are vital to success.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Associate's Degree in Computer Science or related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of academic requirements.
  • Two plus (2+) years of IT experience, preferred. Proficient in MS Office products including VISIO, preferred.
  • ITIL certification, preferred.
  • Ability to occasionally work nights, weekends, and holidays.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:

  • Within the EPIC/HELIOS Home Care & Hospice Department, in addition to above requirements, current EPIC certification required.
