GENERAL SUMMARY: Provide analytical, professional, and insightful expertise to facilitate the delivery and communication of corporate information via various reporting requirements and mediums. Represent department as a customer advocate as well as proponent of the proficiency, abilities and interests of representative department. Develop competency of various corporate databases and establish expertise in department's standard reporting tools. Establish understanding of intermediate statistics and healthcare metrics for analytical application. Perform duties and responsibilities as highly motivated, self directed individual with minimal supervision. 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred. Related and relevant experience or a demonstrated ability to perform the duties of the position may be considered in lieu of academic requirements. Minimum 3 years experience in healthcare industry in reporting, data management or analysis. Two or more years experience with relational databases and reporting tools. SQL skills desirable. Proficiency with MS Office suite of tools.
