GENERAL SUMMARY:
GPIN (Group Practice Improvement Network) is a national non-profit that empowers medical groups to achieve and sustain performance excellence by sharing best practices. Through collaborative learning communities, thought-provoking conferences, and curated resources, GPIN connects physician and administrative leaders to improve healthcare delivery for patients and staff alike.
We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and proactive Senior Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to GPIN’s senior leadership. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, this role goes beyond traditional administrative duties—you’ll help shape GPIN’s online presence, streamline processes with automation, and leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for GPIN leadership and annual conferences.
Research and recommend keynote speakers, thought leaders, and resources (e.g., books, podcasts, articles) for member engagement.
Draft, proofread, and finalize professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Organize and document meetings, including note-taking and summarizing key action items.
Leverage AI-powered tools for meeting notes, workflow automation, and document management.
Design impactful PowerPoint presentations with clear, data-driven healthcare visualizations.
Research and compile content for weekly healthcare summary newsletters.
Maintain and edit GPIN’s website to ensure accurate, timely, and engaging content.
Use Microsoft Forms/Teams Forms to support:
Conference registration and attendee management
Polls/surveys for member feedback and knowledge-sharing
Workflow automation for reporting and topic selection
Collaborate and liaise with internal teams, member organizations, and external partners.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant certification preferred.
Minimum 3 years of administrative or office support experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience with calendar management, scheduling, and travel coordination.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to manage confidential information.
Skilled at prioritizing and balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using AI-powered productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to enhance workflows.
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate or similar platforms for process automation.
Strong design skills for presentations, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
Website editing and content management system experience.
Knowledge of social media and SEO best practices to strengthen GPIN’s digital presence.
