- Manages operations for Respiratory, Sleep Disorders and/or other services.
- Implements departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
- Assesses quality of patient care and coordinates patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other departments.
- Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, conflict management and other job-related issues.
- Oversees scheduling, recruitment and payroll.
- Prepares and monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations.

Associate's degree/Technical degree with 2 years of experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

3 years of leadership or management preferred.
- Strong knowledge of respiratory and sleep medicine operations and history of leading a successful respiratory team.
