Experience Required:

  • Associate’s degree in Nursing
  • Registered Nurse with a valid, unrestricted State of Michigan license
  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant clinical experience in the medical inpatient or ambulatory setting or specialty experience

Experience Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Relevant experience in the oversight of CMS and NCQA regulatory requirements
  • Project Management experience
  • Leadership experience

  • Computer skills including Windows and Microsoft Word and the ability to enter and retrieve data from relevant computer systems
  • Ability to identify, assesses, and solve highly complex problems relating to team dynamics, benefits administration, and the delivery of health services
  • Understanding of community resources
  • Medical management processes across the continuum of care
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with diverse groups
  • Able to deliver presentations to internal and external audiences.
