Project Manager: Operations/Emergency Preparedness - Ambulatory Operations - Full Time (40Hrs)/Days - Detroit
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in an Emergency Management or related field of study required.
- Specialized knowledge of Emergency Management requirements of regulatory and accrediting agencies.
- Three to five (3-5) years of progressively more responsibility and experience relating to emergency management or safety program management or leadership position required.
- Demonstrated experiences in project management or in planning, implementing, managing and coordinating complex events.
- Demonstrated research skills using electronic journals, media, the Internet, and other sources, especially in searching governmental websites.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Interpersonal and communication skills necessary in order to effectively exchange information, enhance relationships, lead staff and interacting with all levels of hospital staff and outside community agencies.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:
- Maintain a valid Michigan Driver's License.
