Program Manager Value Based Integration - Full time - Detroit
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, preferably in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or business function. Master’s degree preferred.
- Five (5) years of experience as a consultant, analyst, or strategist.
- Self-directed, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Demonstrates strong initiative, flexibility, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to teamwork, integrity, and continuous learning.
- Ability to apply innovative solutions to problems and familiarity with TQM process is also required. Lean training highly preferred.
- Knowledge of value-based contracting and familiarity with risk/reward models (e.g., MSSP, Direct-to-Employer, etc.).
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:
- PMP or similar project management certification preferred but not required.
- Must meet or exceed core customer service responsibilities, standards and behaviors as outlined in the Henry Ford Health Customer Service Policy
- Must practice the customer skills as provided through on-going training and in-services.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
Normal office environment with minimal exposure to noise, dust, or extreme temperatures.
