Henry Ford Health has partnered with Stellantis to provide premium personalized healthcare to their workforce. We are looking for a Lead Primary Care Physician for the near site employer-based center in Detroit, MI. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to partner with Henry Ford Health and a large local employer to lead an integrated primary care team. Our multidisciplinary center includes Physical Therapy, Behavioral Health, Dietitian and Pharmacist support as well as Primary Care for adults and children. Services include diagnostic imaging, lab, some pharmaceutical dispensing, and point of care testing.
● Hours of Operation: Mondays and Wednesdays 7 a.m. - 6 p.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. and Fridays 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.
● Completely renovated space with all new equipment and furnishings
● Rotate after hour call coverage 1:3 schedule
● Types of primary care visits include preventive care, chronic condition management, acute care, virtual visits and vaccines
Qualifications:
● Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program
● BC Family Medicine
