Pharmacy Support Center

We are launching a new Outpatient Pharmacy Support Center to enhance and support our growing pharmacy services. This center will serve as a central hub designed to transform how patients connect with their medications, pharmacists, and care teams.

This is more than a traditional call center role—it is an opportunity to be part of a modern, service-driven pharmacy model that places patients, quality, and teamwork at the center of everything we do. In addition to managing centralized pharmacy calls, the team will provide remote support to pharmacy operations by assisting with workflow steps, coordinating next actions, and resolving patient or provider concerns. Your work will directly contribute to a seamless patient experience while helping ensure balanced workloads across pharmacy teams. You will collaborate closely with pharmacists, technicians, and other healthcare professionals in an environment built on teamwork, respect, and shared accountability. While the pace is fast, the culture is supportive, with a strong emphasis on communication, problem-solving, and continuous learning. Every team member’s voice matters, and your ideas will play an important role in shaping how this service evolves.

This Pharmacy Support Center is part of a broader vision to modernize outpatient pharmacy services through centralized support, smarter use of technology, and improved coordination across care settings. Team members are encouraged to think critically, adapt to change, and contribute innovative solutions that enhance both patient and employee experiences.
