Patient Digital Technician
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Associate's or higher degree (60 credit hours) required or 1-2 years of vocational technical training required.
- One to three (1-3) years of successful experience in the area of Epic scheduling, Help Desk, Service Desk, or IT support responsibilities required.
- Three to five (3-5) years or more experience working in health care environment scheduling role, Help Desk, Service Desk or IT Support position using phone and email to provide direct patient support.
- Knowledge and expertise in Website and Mobile Platforms including the ability articulate how to navigate in either environment required.
- Familiarity using or navigating Epic MyChart preferred.
- Familiarity with Video Visit platforms, navigation and troubleshooting preferred.
- Familiarity with Epic EMR preferred.
- Basic understanding of knowledgebase (CRM) and KCS including Service Now or Salesforce.
- Excels in communicating in multiple channels (Email, Phone, Webchat, CoBrowsing).
