OB/GYN Hospitalist Opportunity – Henry Ford Providence Novi – Southfield Hospital
Henry Ford Providence Novi – Southfield Hospital is seeking a Board-Certified OB/GYN Hospitalist to join our highly respected and collaborative Obstetrics and Gynecology team in a full-time capacity. This is an outstanding opportunity for a physician who is passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based care while making a meaningful impact through resident and medical student education.
As an OB/GYN Hospitalist, you will play a vital leadership role within Labor & Delivery and the Women’s Health service line, working closely with nursing leadership and departmental physicians to ensure exceptional patient outcomes and a culture centered on safety, teamwork, and clinical excellence.

Position Highlights
- Serve as the on-site clinical leader for Labor & Delivery in collaboration with departmental and nursing leadership
- Supervise and support resident clinic patients and patients without an attending physician
- Attend and oversee deliveries when the primary obstetrician is unavailable
- Provide mentorship and teaching to residents and medical students in a dynamic academic setting

Academic & Research Opportunities
Henry Ford Providence Novi -Southfield Hospital is a core clinical site for Michigan State University College of Human Medicine and maintains affiliations with the MSU College of Osteopathic Medicine and the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine.
As part of a major teaching institution, you will have the opportunity to strengthen both your clinical and academic interests through collaboration with residents, fellows, and medical students. Physicians are eligible for an academic appointment with Michigan State University College of Human Medicine, providing access to the resources and prestige of a Big Ten University. Additionally, our Department Research Committee actively supports faculty pursuing scholarly and research interests.
