EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent certifications.
  • Must have a minimum of six (6) years of risk management experience, to include a minimum of two (2) years of Cybersecurity related experience.
  • Demonstrates strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with experience in all at the executive level.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic, fast paced, and challenging environment.
  • Experience with federal and state healthcare information regulations and requirements (e.g. HIPAA).
  • Advanced knowledge of IT systems and functions, process development, change management, and service and implementation lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of information security best practices, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and common risk frameworks.
  • Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Demonstrates experience in the development and management of a comprehensive information security program that balances risk along with the organizational goals and objectives.
  • Demonstrates the ability to influence without direct control and/or authority.
  • Familiarity with auditing ERP and integrated IT systems preferred.
  • Ability to write audit reports and findings in a clear and concise manner preferred.
  • Auditing various types of technology systems and processes including applications, databases, servers, network devices, security devices and end user devices preferred.
  • Auditing various IT processes including change management, configuration management, and access identity management preferred.
  • Must understand and be able to leverage concepts such as compensating and mitigating controls. Reviewing and understanding network and system configurations preferred.
  • Strong understanding of project management and information technology preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills preferred.
  • Ability to solve problems in a dynamic team environment and handle multiple assignments in a timely manner preferred.
  • Experience in conflict management skills necessary to resolve issues where corporate areas are in disagreement preferred.
  • Ability to effectively interface with various levels of management internally and as well as contacts outside the organization preferred
  • Must be able to travel to other HFHS and Subsidiary facilities and vendor sites to meet with operating or audit personnel preferred.
  • Experiencing leading staff that report to other leaders preferred.
  • Analytical: Keen sense of analytical skills and capable of summarization of data analysis to identify key trends and concerns. Capable of identifying and resolving calculation errors preferred.
  • Experience with data analysis, ACLs and extracting software preferred.
  • Detailed Oriented: Strong attention to deliverables with accuracy and efficiency preferred.
  • Multi-tasking: Capable of managing several tasks, projects and client deliverables effectively, efficiently and on time, with accuracy to details and tasks preferred.

 

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:

  • CISM/CISSP or equivalent certification preferred.
