FULL Time (40 hours per week) M-F Days, Does include some On-call assignment. 33 direct reports.

GENERAL SUMMARY
- Manage behavioral health daily operations.
- Develop specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which support the strategic plan and vision.
- Assess quality of patient care and coordinate patient care services.
- Oversee performance management, staff satisfaction and conflict management. Perform and oversee scheduling, recruitment, and payroll.
- Monitor departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Master's Degree
- 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
- LPC, CCS Substance use disorder treatment preferred
CERTIFICATION/LICENCES REQUIRED
One or more of the following required: -
- Master Social Worker specializing in Clinical Practice credentialed from the Michigan Board of Social Work obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. -
- Master Social Worker credentialed from the Michigan Board of Social Work obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. -
- Counselor specializing in Alcohol and Drug Abuse credentialed from the Michigan Certification Board for Addition Professionals (MCBAP) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. -
- Psychologist credentialed from the Michigan Board of Psychology obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. - Registered Nurse credentialed from the Michigan Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. -
- BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association accepted.
