Medical Office Supervisor (1.0 Full Time Day Shift) Seville Family Medicine Location
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Associates Degree or a minimum of 60 credit hours at an accredited institution is required. Approximately five to seven years of progressively more responsible work experience in a physician's office in order to demonstrate leadership abilities necessary to coordinate activities and associates within a medical office. Communication skills, verbal and written, and interpersonal skills necessary in order to instruct and communicate with a wide variety of individuals. Working knowledge of computer systems, software programs and office equipment. Working knowledge of recent trends in healthcare and government regulations. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient and practice information. Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail. Requires frequent periods of standing, walking and sitting with occasional bending, stooping and stretching.
Requires full range of body motion. EPIC experience. Must be knowledgeable in Family Medicine. MCIR experience and Health Department knowledge preferred. Able to handle high volume/busy practice with 8 staff/4 physician and 12 resident practice. Knowledgeable in meaningful use/GAPs in care preferred.
$22.47 minimum hourly rate. This rate is the minimum pay for the position. Actual compensation will be based on education, years of experience, and other factors at the time of offer.
