EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, related field or equivalent experience.
- Two years of training, education, and/or work experience in: working with early stage healthcare companies, incubators and accelerators; knowledge of healthcare technologies using artificial intelligence and machine learning; working knowledge of actualizing healthcare data for commercialization and commercial partnerships; broad knowledge of digital health platforms using data to derive value, and their applications in a provider environment.
- Knows, understands, incorporates, and demonstrates the HFHS Mission, Vision, and Values in leadership behaviors, practices, and decisions.
- Must possess ability to work in an ambiguous matrix environment and aggressively take the lead on implementation of opportunities that affect numerous lines of business.
- Must possess outstanding people leadership and management skills.
- Be self-directed, flexible and committed to the team concept, demonstrate teamwork, initiative and willingness to learn and open to new learning experiences.

- Ability to communicate effectively with executives and management regarding concepts, plans, operations and requirements.
- Proven capability of balancing strategic vision, operational requirements and technology alignment into an overall plan for co-development partnerships and licensing-related projects.
